Our story

Made with patience,
kept for years.

Terra & Glaze began with a simple wish: to make useful objects that bring a quieter rhythm to everyday life.

Clay-covered hands shaping a stoneware vase on a pottery wheel
Every form begins at the wheel

What started at a borrowed wheel grew slowly: one shelf, one kiln, and one considered batch at a time. We learned to follow the clay rather than force it, leaving room for the small variations that show where a piece came from and how it was made.

Today, each Terra & Glaze piece is still thrown, trimmed, glazed, and fired by hand in our studio. We work with durable stoneware and tactile glazes chosen to become part of daily rituals—not objects held back for special occasions.

We make in small batches because good work asks for attention. Our hope is that every cup, bowl, and vessel feels personal from the first use, gathers marks and memories over time, and stays with you for years.
